2BH Competition Terms and Conditions
2BH reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. A person who wins a prize from any 2BH competition or giveaway is ineligible to enter another 2BH Competition for a period of 14 days from the date of winning that prize. You cannot enter any competition on behalf or in the name of another person. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Prizes (or prize vouchers) must be collected by the winner in person at the 2BH office, 25 Garnet Street, Broken Hill. Identification must be produced to claim a prize (examples include: driver’s license, passport or student card which includes a photograph). Prizes not collected within 3 months of being awarded will be forfeited and become the property of 2BH. 2BH will not notify winners of remaining time; it is the sole responsibility of the winner to collect their prize. Any individual competition may have additional rules to these general conditions of entry. These will be announced on-air at the start and at times during the competition. Employee’s 2BH and their immediate families are ineligible to enter any competition. Staff of a sponsor of any competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter that competition.
2BH will not be liable for any costs, damages or losses incurred by a person in entering, winning or claiming a prize from, any 2BH/Hill FM competition. Persons under the age of 18 years of age may be prohibited by law from winning certain prizes. In this case, any person under the age of 18 attempting to enter a competition with such a prize will be disqualified. If the winner of a competition is found to have breached any of the conditions of entry the prize will not be awarded to them. This applies regardless of whether they have been announced as the winner or not. In this case 2BH may choose to judge or draw the competition again from the remaining entries or recommence the competition. All competition entries and any material submitted in association with any contest (written, audio, electronic or visual) become the property of 2BH. Entry into any contest deems consent to use prize winner’s names, photographs and audio for any promotional purposes. By entering a competition, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions.
