Other notable professional athletes include Isaiah Austin, Danny Mason, Vernon Scott and Laquon Treadwell to name a few. AJ works directly with our high school, collegiate and professional athletes to improve mobility, flexibility and sports performance techniques to minimize risk of injury while maximizing performance using detailed periodization training programs.
