Sadly we're saying goodbye to Jack today after an incredible 9 year run at Three Phase. After 4 years of casual shifts, Jack has been at the helm managing the day to day for the past 5 years, somehow combining the ability and commitment to running a very tight ship with a constant smile and genuine interest in the amazing folk that call Three Phase home.

But its not all bad news, as today long time team member Osh is stepping upto the plate. Osh has been with us for 5+ years so he knows his way around the place - customer service at Three Phase will remain top-notch.

Thanks for everything Jack, you'll be missed. And welcome aboard Osh!

Some amazing stuff has been created at Headgap over the years, and no doubt will again in the future, but this is a huge blow.

Our Story

Three Phase Rehearsal Studios are located at 8 Tinning Street in Brunswick - right near Anstey train station, just off Sydney road, and right near the Edinborough Castle! 11 brand new, fully ventilated, fully isolated, great sounding and amazing looking rooms, all on the ground floor without a step in sight. Weeknight session (6pm - Midnight) prices start from $65, cheaper if you can do a weekday (Midday - 6pm). We also offer great solo rates on weekdays from $10. Full backline is available to hire with your room with amps starting at $10, and there’s plenty of street parking available in the evening. If you need to take a break during your rehearsal, we have a well equipped kitchen with complimentary tea’s and coffee (and the occasional free beer), a sunny courtyard, and a mezzanine lounge complete with pool table.
