War took Rodina’s home. Hunger nearly stole her future. You can help change the ending.

Just $6 will feed a child like Rodina for an entire month. A gift of $60 helps 10 children stay in school.

Her world changed overnight when her family had to flee South Sudan because of war. Life in the refugee settlement in Uganda has been lonely and scary, and hunger is a constant shadow.

“When I have eaten, I feel satisfied, and I can concentrate in my lessons,” Rodina says. “We thank you for bringing food and may God bless you.”

Just $6 will feed a child like Joy for an entire month. $60 will feed 10 children. More than a meal, it’s providing a future.

This is Joy Patience. She’s 12 years old, lives in a refugee settlement in Uganda, and dreams of becoming an accountant. But hunger makes everything harder. Separated from her parents, Joy now lives with her aunt.

Most days, there’s not enough food to go around. But a single school meal changes everything. It gives her the strength to learn and the hope that life can be different.
