We take the mid week opportunity to head down to the Mornington Peninsula to unwind with the fur babies and check out the new hot springs there. We find one of the only few dog friendly caravan parks to stay at but we have to admit, it wasn’t our best stay. This could be the last time we travel without the caravan as this type of travelling & accommodation is not really for us anymore.

When travelling back home to Melbourne, we saw so many rainbows in the last week that we thought luck may go our way and things will all fall into place just like we wanted it to and somewhat needed it to. When planning to travel around Australia whether being a half lap or full lap, the one question that everyone wants to know is, how much is it going to cost? We travelled around the East Coast for 6 months so we can share with you all of our costs! We also experienced the peak fuel prices and grocery costs during our time which is why our trip cost so much more than if you travelled in 2025. Get cosy as this is a 1 hour special of our time away over 6 months. Enjoy!
