Sorry everyone, due to the long weekend of getting back out in our caravan and having a short week of work, tonight’s episode is still in the editing stage. We don’t want to rush this one so we’ll save it for next Wednesday night. Here’s a sneak peak of what we got up to anyway, from Roxette in Melbourne to camping on the Murray, it was one of the best weekends we’ve had in a long time! Happy 2024!!! 🥳 What a week we’ve had in Merimbula and out bush! It was very hard to only choose 10 photos but here’s the best of them. There’s lots to explain because as usual, MANY things went wrong on this trip, including Troy ending up in Emergency but you’ll have to wait for our Bush Expedition episode on the weekend for that explanation. A Taste of The Great! This weekend we headed down the coast to the Great Ocean Road despite the gloomy Victorian weather and what a treat it was! We stayed in Aireys Inlet and visited the lighthouse, Chocolaterie and Bellbrae Estate Winery. To top it off we had a night in Torquay at our friends and the kids went sailing and Coco got to hang out with her brother. Can you tell the difference? We will be back to the rest of the GOR. What an amazing day we had at our very first Meet & Greet with all of our genuine and lovely Victorian and afar followers. It was so good to hear the stories as to why people tune in to Journey Unknown and to meet the people who comment on our channel face to face was a beautiful feeling. Troy & I were in awe of how many people turned up and loved how everyone was keen to just hang around and chat. Very grateful for what we have achieved but it’s you all that tune in week in and out that keeps us creating, editing and publishing content. Thank you 🙏 and right now, Troy is busy building the new camper trailer for King Billy and I’m writing this while getting a much needed foot spa & massage. A big thank you to Dan for the JU t-shirts, omg what a surprise! You’ll see it all in next weekends episode. Thanks again everyone and for the lovely gifts, you’ve made our dreams come true. What a fabulous extra long weekend we had up in stunning Coffs Harbour! Everything is so close by that you can walk wherever you want to go and that’s exactly what we did, 20,000 steps a day in fact! And… we’re back out camping! This time we headed out closer to the farm at the beautiful Wilson’s Prom Holiday Park on the edge of Corner Inlet. A quick getaway to get used to van life again, relax and do some fishing, all with the dogs on tour! Highly recommend this place as there’s a site for everyone. Episode out this coming weekend.
