We all love Christmas here at Marine Rescue Forster Tuncurry so we would like to invite you all to come and join in the fun on market day, we’ve plenty to see from 8am to 1pm. Our Chocolate Wheel has two - Win a Ham spins and you’re invited to meet our Duty Crew on FO30 - our Offshore Rescue Vessel !

There’s food, drinks, amazing crafts, collectibles, toys, clothing, sweets, plants, cds and records, cakes and so much more - even some dancers to make the mood happy and merry.

🚨 INCIDENT ALERT – ACCIDENT ON FORSTER TUNCURRY BRIDGE

Please be aware that there has been a car accident on Forster Tuncurry bridge. Ambulance and police are currently on the scene.

Traffic is affected in both directions. Expect potential delays and stay safe.

🚨ACCIDENT ON THE LAKES WAY 🚨

I have been advised that at approximately 6:17am there has been a 2 car crash on the Lakes Way, Darawank. This has occurred just past the tip.

Emergency Services are on scene, there is one person trapped.

There will be delays this morning and while I understand this will be frustrating for some please keep in mind that someone has been injured, so if on social media please be kind.

Thoughts are with all involved and thanks to our emergency response teams taking care of them.
