At Smithies Karaoke and DJ Hire (part of the Smithies Enterprises Group), we are committed to providing a professional and transparent service to all our clients across Bundaberg and surrounding areas.

We have recently updated our Terms of Service and Deposit Policy to ensure smoother booking processes and clearer expectations for both parties.

🔒 Key Updates Include:
✅ A $100 non-refundable deposit is now required for all DJ bookings
✅ Deposits must be paid via bank transfer only
✅ Full payment is due 7 days prior to your event
✅ Clear cancellation & rescheduling guidelines now apply
✅ Terms cover DJ responsibilities, client expectations, and force majeure
