Some photos from the Cane Fire and Mill tour as part of the Childers Festival this weekend. Great to see a cane fire as most crops are harvested green these days. Also good to get up close at the Isis Sugar Mill. These tours only happen once a year as part of the Childers Festival. If you are interested in the sugar industry, it’s well worth going (in 2026).
