engaged Ravel to create static content for the Grow and Go Toolbox, a government funded project aimed at childhood nutrition.

Ravel sourced the talent and locations as well as assisting UQ in designing a 3-day shoot across Southeast Queensland. Photographing the kids’ first impressions of a wide array of foods was a fun process with some reactions excited and others not so impressed. But that was the purpose; to see how kids reacted to diverse food groups!

Trade and Investment Queensland (TIQ) engaged Ravel to produce six testimonials filmed across Queensland, including Townsville, Chinchilla, and locations closer to home in Southeast Queensland. TIQ connects investors, exporters, and buyers from around the globe, and this video series was created to highlight the real-world benefits of partnering with TIQ and Queensland-based businesses.

"The actions we take today, impact all our tomorrows."

This is the opening line of The Southern Cross University Indigenous Knowledge TVC, reminding us of the enduring relevance of Indigenous knowledge and how the teachings of the past can shape our future.

Southern Cross University operates within the Indigenous language groups of Bundjalung, Gumbaynggirr, and Yugambeh, and we recorded all 3 languages for the full versions of this project.

Ravel was engaged to develop a concept that conveys the essence of the university’s Indigenous Knowledge program while also honouring one of the world’s oldest living cultures. We collaborated with the elders of the region to capture stunning visuals and sound recordings in the local dialects.
