Our last batch of bread tags sent off to Aussie Bread Tags for Wheelchairs today. As individuals you can still send them to P.O. Box 1164, Kensington Gardens, S.A., 5068. The tags are recycled locally, raising funds to buy wheelchairs for disadvantaged people. Recycle tally to date is 15,612kg (more than 15 tonnes)!! The wheelchair tally is 137 😍🥰👏🏻👏🏻

New baskets have arrived from Shari! They are all handmade and handwoven using a range of diverse fibres and foraged items. In the world of basket weaving and basket collecting Shari’s baskets are sought after ♥️ Some of the fibres and materials used include philodendron, maiden hair creeper, pine bark, Lillie’s, hollow plant stems, palm inflorescence, sea grass, driftwood, shells, pittosporum, paper, sea fibre, felted wool, reeds, jute string, fabric, wooden beads, dracaena, banana, banksia, cotton, eco dyed cotton string, wood slice, long needle pine, ribbon, seed beads and clay.
Shari’s studio is a feast for the eyes and a work of art in itself! It is wonderfully long, very sorted and organised and full of basket weaving treasures along both sides with various work spaces and also a corner to relax!
