let’s talk about how I made this blouse 🤍 I used the Daisy Blouse sewing pattern and made a few little changes to it. I made the collar and ruffles a bit smaller, shortened the sleeves and added ruffles, shortened the front and back by a couple centimeters and added a placket that’s a bit shorter.

my first ever handmade leather bag 🤭 I didn’t think that the first bag I’d ever make would be one I’d love this much but ever since I made it I’ve used it so much! Sewing it was a bit of a struggle, sewing 2 or 3 layers of fabric was no issue but because of the darts at the bottom + sewing in the fringe I had to sew soo many layers together that my machine gave up on me so many times. I would love love love to make this bag again and film a sewing tutorial for you but I don’t want to use leather this thick again so if you have any recommendations on where to get leather let me know!! 💓

❤️ I learned that the best way to find inspiration again is to spend a little bit of time away from my sewing machine to then come back with new energy, new fabrics and new ideas

Little tutorial on how to make the Leo Dress but with crossed straps 🌺 I feel like this is a super nice option if you are worried about the straps falling off you shoulder. I made my straps 56 cm long (I’m 1,71m tall, if you are shorter, you might have to shorten your straps). Let me know which strap option you prefer ❤️

Girlssss I love how this turned out!!! 🤭💓 I used the Cassie Top Sewing Pattern and made some changes to the bust pattern piece to just make it bigger/longer and I wanted it to be a neckholder top so I didn’t sew in any straps at the back. I love love love this embroidered cotton/ lace thingy (what do you call it ??!) anyways - another thing I did differently is that I pulled a piece of elastic though the tunnel to scrunch the fabric together and I can’t believe I didn’t do earlier with the Cassie top. I think it looks so much nicer when it’s all scrunched together more evenly. And before I pulled the elastic through the tunnel I sewed thin straps on each end, this way I could still tie it in the front. And using bias tape to sew thin straps is such a time saver 🤭
