Gabe is moderating a panel at this year’s and it’s a good one!

🎤 SELLING TICKETS OR SHAPING CULTURE? A FESTIVAL DISCUSSION
📍Wed 3 Sept, 4.30pm at the Outpost.

In a fast-evolving landscape, staying true to a festival’s original vision is more important than ever — but so is selling tickets to keep the lights on. How do organisers strike that balance? Are newer festivals succeeding because they’re tapping into today’s cultural moment rather than trying to retrofit old models? This session unpacks how festivals can adapt without losing their soul. Programmed in collaboration with the Australian Festival Association.

FEATURING:
Jessie Parker | Laneway Festival
Jana Recmanikova | Festival Republic / Live Nation UK
Rene Contreras | Goldenvoice
Vicky Keeler | Strawberry Music Group
Dina Bassile | Tibi Access - Lead Consultant
