🏁 Race Week Highlights: Speed, Records, and Gratitude! 🏁

We kicked off with our 255 CI E-Class motor, tuning up to a solid 389 mph qualifying run on a 348 mph record. Unfortunately, mechanical issues halted further progress with this setup.

Next, we installed the 374 CI B-Class motor, previously a C-Class but now bored out. After some test runs, we hit an impressive 446 mph average, peaking at 459 mph. Chris exclaimed: “459 mph is a lot faster than 389 mph!!!!” The next morning, our backup run shattered the B BFS record, raising it from 416 mph to 432 mph. ✊🏼

With the A-Class motor in, our competitors conceded, earning us our 12th Hot Rod trophy! 🏆 We then made a final three-mile test pass to gather data for next year.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to all who visited us, sent messages of support, and offered condolences with George’s passing. 🫶 Your kindness and encouragement meant the world to us during this time.

Huge thanks to Summit Racing for coming onboard , Jay Meagher for expert tuning, Kenny Duttweiler Performance for unbeatable engines, and Chris Raschke for stellar driving. Shoutout to Steve Watt, our incredible crew, and the amazing ladies who kept us fed: Connie, Karen, and DeeDee. 🙏
