Honouring the Warumungu landscape and the ongoing responsibility and connection to Country, 'The Environment Around Me' is a special preview into an album geared towards young people that is a powerful celebration of First Nations languages, culture, and the voices of women.

Experience the album coming to life at Darwin Festival this Saturday the 9th of August @ INPEX Sunset Stage, Festival Park @ 5:15pm. All ages friendly.

CROWN AND COUNTRY - the extraordinary debut album, born of a long collaborative relationship between Warlpiri elders Wanta Jampijinpa Pawu-Kurlpurlurnu and Jerry Jangala Patrick OAM alongside award-winning music producer and composer Marc 'Monkey' Peckham, is released today.

Crown and Country will officially launch with a film premiere and artist talk at Darwin Festival opening weekend, a community screening in Lajamanu, NT and a film screening and artist talk at Now or Never in Melbourne.
