Theatre Weekend Roundup 🎭

Saturday - helped out with lighting for Shine Performing Arts Academy and their mid year showcase with the amazing Eli Ball on sound.

Sunday - Tech for the premiere performance of KSP Theatre Inc "The Magpies" at Murrumba Drama Festival, which took home multiple awards including second best play, and began the final rehearsals for KSP's other once act "Interviews with Loneliness" which premieres next weekend in Toowoomba!

Well what a ride, Song Contest the almost eurovision experience is done and i'm definitely sad to see this show end. Possibly the most technical show performed at KSP so far, over 200 audio, video and lighting cues! Tech box running 2 laptops, 2 lighting consoles and led strips controlled via a wireless network! all while operating the real time live voting platform. (not to mention the suprise guest of Guy Sebastian!!) If you didn't see this show you most definitely missed out! Now for a bit of rest before we start planning the next one 🙂
