āØļø Always learning⦠and the Monday Night Huddle delivered BIG time.
Last night wasnāt just theory... it was real stories, real experiences, real results.
We had wellness practitioners from all walks of health: naturopath, gym owner, colonics & yoga, chiro/somatic safety & each with Kangen š¦ in their centres, all working to support the body and mind in different ways.
Hearing their personal journeys and client outcomes was powerful. It reminded me how much we can learn when we step beyond textbooks and into lived experience.

Every system in your body depends on hydration.... your brain, blood, gut, spinal cord, eyes⦠literally everything. š§
Our body is 75% water.
As a vet nurse, my brain was pinging all night. The connections, the possibilities, the questions & I just wanted to dive deeper and learn more.
This is just the tip of the iceberg, and Iām excited to keep exploring how water and hydration can support both human and animal health in a deeper way.
