What a joy and privilege to moooove n groove with so many beautiful humans 🥰

As it all started to form I could feel how BIG this whole experience was going to be...

In the process of playing & dancing my way across SA, VIC, NSW
I also moved through my womanly cycle and that had big shifts in how I would normally facilitate my Ecstatic Dance sets

Some things never falter - you know I'm a bass lover 💥💁‍♀️

But like the seasons, women don't stay at their internal Summer. We cycle and spiral

And so, my artistry evolved and flowed as I did..
The songs I selected were chosen accordingly
I played what felt true to my capacity & aligned to the internal phase I was at

What I witnessed was a visceral response in the field (dance floor), because the more true I was to my internal world ➡️ the more integrity, authenticity, and self-sourced permission there was within the pillars of the space for others to meet me there

That is the true practice available within free form movement practices like Ecstatic Dance 💃

Showing up for the journey and moving through each layer...sound..texture..feeling

As a women's embodiment facilitator, advocate and space holder ~ it's dedicated spaces like these that light me up 🔥 I've had the pleasure of attending and offering 1:1 healing services as well as a collab fire dancing performance in the past...

It feels extra exciting to be returning once again to share the latest version of my creatress self in a way that gets people MOVING 💃💯

Shaking things up a bit to try a new style for a morning movement practice: think rise and shine with a relaxed but inspiring kind of flow 🌞

This happens in the post ecstatic high & integration, as I deepen my craft and expand my range
