The day has come.

My new book Venture Beyond Limitation is here.

After hundreds of hours, it’s complete and I’m bloody proud of it.

This isn’t a self-help book.
It’s about self-leadership.

Over the years, I’ve worked with a lot of people who’ve done years of therapy and read all the books, but still felt stuck.

Aware of their patterns, but unsure how to actually change them.

Venture Beyond Limitation helps you bridge that gap.

It’s about turning old patterns into new pathways and creating relationships and a life that feel true to you.

For a short time, I’m offering early access for a few first readers at a discounted rate.

If you’d like to grab a copy, comment VBL below and I’ll send you the link.

Thanks for your support.

With a heavy heart, I said goodbye to my nan last week.

You were a ray of sunshine in my life. With you, everything was an adventure.

You taught me that it doesn’t cost anything to be kind, and you reminded me that people don’t remember you for what you do, but for who you are and how you make them feel.

Some of my favourite memories with you were the simplest ones. Friday nights at your place for dinner, and Saturday mornings with coffee and sweet treats, just sitting together, chatting, and soaking up the moment. Those are the times I’ll always treasure.

For anyone who knew my nan, you know how warm and loving she was.

Her funeral will be held this Thursday, 23 October, at Norwood Park Crematorium.

Thank you to everyone who’s shown love and support to my family during this time. It’s meant so much.

Nan, your legacy lives on through all of us. Your love, your warmth, and your spirit will continue to guide me wherever I go.

I can still hear your voice when I say, “I love you, Nan,” and you reply, “I love you too, precious.”

Forever and always in my heart.

Feeling younger at 30 than I did at 20.

Life feels full and fun.

Grateful for a wholesome weekend away doing what I love with the people I love.

What a gift it is to call this place home.

Thanks to everyone that contributed to making this milestone a special one.

Here’s to many more great years to come 🤙🏽

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there.

Grateful for my Dad and my Pop.

Two top tier men that I’ve learned a lot from.

I didn’t plan to take such a long break from sharing.
But looking back, I’m glad I did.

I went offline to live.
To be more present in the season I was in.
To slow down, recalibrate, and finish my book.

During that time, I went through a breakup.
Started surfing and skating again.
Did more of what energised me as a kid.
Took solo trips down the coast. Sat by the fire.
Let things feel simple for a while.

There was a part of me that thought I might not come back.
But another part remembered why I started.
Not for consistency or growth or performance

But to express what felt real.
To connect. To create. To contribute.

At one point, it all started to drain me.
So I stepped back.
And in doing so, I found something I hadn’t felt in a while.
Not a big breakthrough. Just space.
And that space did me good.

The book’s done.
The podcast’s back.

And if you’re in a weird, in-between season of your own, I see you.

Thanks for still being here.
Keep paddling.

Sometimes, the more we try to ‘heal,’ the more stuck we feel.

Healing isn’t something to force or chase. It happens naturally when we slow down, notice our patterns with compassion, and allow space for things to shift.

The belief that we need to ‘fix’ ourselves can create more resistance than growth.

If this speaks to you, you’ll find my Awareness Healing Formula helpful – it’s about moving beyond doing and stepping into ease.

When I first started creating content, I thought consistency was everything.

Two posts a day, every single day.

Morning and night. No exceptions.

It began when I was living in Portugal, inspired by the lessons I learned at Mike’s Gym in Marbella.

I was fired up, aligned, and intentional with every post.

For a while, it felt amazing.

Sharing my journey felt natural and exciting.

But over time, something shifted.

Posting started to feel less like expression and more like obligation.

Lately, I’ve taken a step back.

It’s been somewhat conflicting.

There’s a voice inside that says ‘you’ve got to show up’.

But I simply can’t ignore the pull to slow down.

To step back from the noise and focus on something deeper.

That something is my first book.

Writing it has been a new kind of adventure—challenging, exciting, and deeply personal.

This process has reminded me of the importance of letting go and creating space for what truly matters.

For me, that’s also meant reconnecting with joy in the simplest of ways:

Walking in the mountains.

Practicing handstands.

Taking the scooter for a spin.

Things that light my inner child up.

These moments of peace and play reignite my creativity in ways forcing it never could.

I still believe in the power of consistency, accountability, and showing up regularly.

But I’m also learning that creativity thrives when there’s room to breathe, space to play, and time to simply be.

For now, that feels true.

Stop being a nice guy for your wife and start leading your life.

You may have good intentions trying to please your mum or solve your wife’s problems…

But it’s a trap many men fall into.

I’ve been there too—losing myself by trying to be who I thought others wanted me to be.

This isn’t about blame.

It’s about seeing the truth of how you’re showing up in life.

Are your actions fuelled by genuine desire or the need for approval?

Do you stay quiet, avoid conflict, and keep the peace at the cost of your own truth?

If so, you’re letting survival mechanisms run the show.

When you lead from your true self, you inspire those around you.

The right people will respect you—not because you’re perfect, but because you’re real.

You’ve got this, brother.

Time to break free.
