🎊 𝑭𝒓𝒊𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝑪𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑻𝒊𝒎𝒆!

This week I completed my Integrated NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) prac with and the team.

💥 I graduated as a Practitioner in NLP, Hypnosis & ECT - Emotional Change Technique - as well as a Certified coach of NLP!

Eeeeeek! I freaking DID IT! I did the thing 🎉

I don’t even know where to begin describing my experience and the week I have just been through 🤯

It felt so much longer than a week as I went back along my timelines & healed SO much from my past - while instilling the love, strength, understanding & compassion that I needed throughout my most challenging moments so far. We crammed a LOT into the last week & I was able to create the change within myself that I have been desiring for YEARS 🥹

Yet somehow the week also finished in the blink of an eye and I didn’t want to leave that wildly empowering space! ⚡️

What a freaking time warp! None of us knew what day it was & the days themselves were long! 😂 which only proved that we can all do hard things! *more on that another time*

We call the EAWTC room “Hogwarts” because the things we learned were such simple and effective techniques - yet they looked & felt like pure MAGIC! 🪄

✨Transforming our mind, thought processes & inner dialogue; healing trauma and trapped emotions, breaking down limiting beliefs & 𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 emotions, old strategies & stories that aren’t serving us; learning about the power of our words, navigating sales and conversations; and SO much more.

I cannot wait to share more with you all about NLP, the week that was, the incredibly inspiring & motivating humans that I now call friends, and all of my plans for the future! 🚀

HERE IT IS👇🏽

15 months ago I was desperate to upgrade my life. But I didn’t expect to completely transform my reality with this ONE decision!

So what is the secret ingredient? 🌶️
🔥Radical Self-Responsibility.

My ONE decision:
👉🏽 To stop ignoring the fact that the choices I was making & the actions I was taking (or not taking) - were determining my reality AND impacting my future.

Before that point:
💥I desperately wanted “different” but I never took different actions.

💥 I deeply craved “better”, but I never improved what I was doing, thinking or believing in order to create a better way of life.

I had so much room to work on my mindset, habits & daily choices - yet always chose the same things. Meaning I 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 to remain the same 🤯

Choosing to complain instead of change. Choosing to be a victim instead of accepting my leading role in it all - & instead of taking CONTROL 🔐

So many of us feel we have a lack of choices & it is why we end up feeling so f*cking stuck!

But what we lack ISN’T choice…

It’s the ability to make the hard decisions, to push ourselves, to step outside of our comfort zones, to reflect on what is/is not working & to call ourselves out on our own BS excuses.

The “secret sauce” is literally 𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 + a pinch of 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞! 🧂

You see, I WAS my problem.
Once I accepted that responsibility, I was able to discover that I was also my own SOLUTION ! ✨

Sure - my past actions/habits had landed me in a pretty sh*tty situation ➡️ with financial stress, daily anxiety & depression, and living a life that wasn’t fulfilling. BUT I now had the awareness to know that I could move forward & simply 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲!

I decided to take responsibility for my life so that I could have 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 over my future 🙌🏽

If you are truly desiring a life-changing shift…

Just know that the majority of us will need to be DESPERATE in order to actually create the type of change we desire. I know this from experience.

For many years I wished I had more money & more free time. I wished for more confidence & the ability to show up how I wanted to & to actually KNOW who that person was – instead of operating as the person I had created over the years to fit societal standards, the person that didn’t even feel like ‘me’ anymore. I wished for good habits, routines & the ability to be productive in order to achieve my goals.

👉🏽I tried so many things to change all of the above. But nothing ever seemed to stick. WHY!?

It wasn’t until I was broke, burnt-out & DESPERATE – that I was frustrated enough to actually draw a line in the sand (more like carving a line in stone). To say that I would NOT return to what I was doing, how I was living or who I was✖️I NEEDED change.

And you know what? It worked!!!

This level of 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 brought out a whole new level of 𝒅𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 inside me that I hadn’t been able to tap into before 💥

HOW??
Because my 𝑾𝑯𝒀 was finally strong enough to overcome everything that was previously holding me back & keeping me stuck ➡️ The comfort zones, fear, limiting beliefs, the external opinions & willingness to settle…

That dark moment actually lit the fire that now fuels my dreams 🔥 & it illumiated a whole new path towards everything that I had previously been trying & failing at creating 💡

Your dreams & goals need to be BIGGER than your fears & current level of comfort.

You can sit there & say you want change… (you can almost mean it too!) But if you are getting 3 months down the track & giving up or settling back into the same patterns as before, then you don’t want it as much as you say you do.

Because you’re willing to let the current version of you choose the actions for what the future you desires or is trying to create 😳

This is why you need to be DESPERATE - in order to be 𝒅𝒆𝒗𝒐𝒕𝒆𝒅 to the change.

𝑴𝒚 𝒈𝒐𝒂𝒍❤️‍🔥👇🏽

To have many more “𝐈’𝐦 𝐒𝐎 𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝 𝐈 𝐝𝐢𝐝” moments than “𝙸 𝚠𝚒𝚜𝚑 𝙸 𝚑𝚊𝚍” ones.

One of the biggest lesson I’ve learned from my Affiliate Marketing journey so far is how f*cking 𝑪𝑨𝑷𝑨𝑩𝑳𝑬 I am when I actually disregard my fears & limiting beliefs - and try anyway! 🙌🏽

When I started this online biz journey I had NO clue what I was doing 😂 I had limited Tech skills, barely any online presence, a very low following & was scared of cameras.

Literally! I didn’t even have a photo to give to my mentor for my “welcome” post! 🫣

So 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 the ticket to my dream life was a business that required me to become tech savvy, show my face in many photos, videos & live interviews, and to actually use my social media to my advantage. The universe has a sense of humour… ✨

But I look back now & cannot believe how far I’ve come - simply by doing the hard things, challenging myself & jumping into the unknown (which is always WELL outside of my comfort zone) 🎯 and you know what I realised? 👇🏽

That as fear-inducing, adrenaline pumping, nauseating or down right scary they were… I SURVIVED! 😅 𝐈 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐞!

I’ve learned to notice these feelings & 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 that if I keep going - if I push through my fear - and if I do the hard things that I’ve already proven over & over that I can…

That I WILL succeed, and I WILL come out the other side so damn proud of myself. I know that the feeling of fear will be replaced with the unbeatable feelings of 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞 ❤️‍🔥

I know that I WILL learn & grow from these scary, challenging or uncomfortable actions, & will end up saying that “𝑰’𝒎 𝑺𝑶 𝒈𝒍𝒂𝒅 𝑰 𝒅𝒊𝒅” 🏆

I have spent too long & given too much of my precious time to feeling like “𝙸 𝚠𝚒𝚜𝚑 𝙸 𝚑𝚊𝚍”. Which is why I am determined to build my self belief & willingness to lean into discomfort! Because life is too f*cking short to let those moments we “WISH we had” pile up & leave us with a lot of 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐭…

Don’t give up when it gets difficult or scary. That’s when most people give up!

I didn’t give up - and I’m so damn proud of myself for that 🔥

You get to choose what “hard” means to you. So why not make it something that you actually benefit from!? Something that will help you to grow, expand your mindset, learn new things, improve your capabilities, improve your life & that will actually help you to achieve your goals???

Running my online business in the pockets of my spare time & Nursing 2-3 days/week might be “hard” some days - only because of my own limiting beliefs or self-doubt. Only when I’m not focused on all the incredible ways I get to inspire & impact others…. & only when I face new challenges that block the view to my Dream Life (that is so close I could taste it!) 🔥

But all of that is a 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐭 EASIER than the situation I came from and the life of scarcity, sacrifice, self-sabotage & zero self-worth that I was living every damn day. ❤️‍🩹😮‍💨

From 𝔹𝕦𝕣𝕟𝕥-𝕆𝕦𝕥🌪️ to 𝑩𝑶𝑺𝑺 👑

How did I get here?
➡️ I was honest with myself &
admitted that I wanted MORE.

Basically...
I wanted 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆 to do the things I love, AND I wanted 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒚 to be able to support me in doing those things 🤷🏻‍♀️ simple!

But those things were getting harder and harder to achieve as living expenses were increasing and my wages were remaining the same 🤯

I really wanted to be able to see an opportunity that aligned with my goals and be able to 𝐣𝐮𝐦𝐩 at the chance! I’m talking 👉🏽 Health, Mindset, Career, Travel, Experiences, the LOT!

I didn’t want to be 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 by time,
money or busy work schedules.

I want to do 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 I want to do,
and NOT have to check my bank account first or procrastinate for a month because I felt guilty about spending money ❌

I wanted true 𝔽ℝ𝔼𝔼𝔻𝕆𝕄 🚀

💸 And of course it isn’t just about the money. It’s about what the money can provide! We all know we can’t buy more Time ⏳

However, we CAN make the most of the precious time we have by 𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 our own wants, needs, goals & dreams - and not leaving ANY room for 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒕.

⁉️ Why spend your time working 40+ hours/week in a career that isn’t getting you closer to the life you truly desire?

❓ Or in a job that takes SO much of your time & energy, crushing your own dreams in the process - JUST so you can work hard to build someone else’s dream?

❓ Or in a role that is unfulfilling, deprives you of time with family, & is negatively affecting your mental or physical health & wellbeing???

Life is too short to do anything other than what you fantasise about when you’re lost in your own thoughts - when you 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 your mind to wander to all those “what if” or “maybe one day” scenarios… ✨

From Burnt-Out🌪️ to BOSS 👑

How did I get here?

𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐈 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮…

Because too many people want something for nothing in this world.

✨ Even when it comes to personal growth, change or improving their current situation.

Some people want to improve it all, but they also want to hold onto what they have & who they are, while staying within their comfort zone!

That doesn’t even make sense 😵‍💫

The truth is 🧨 you cannot change AND remain the same 💥

You will need to give up or 𝑹𝑰𝑺𝑲 something…

💡So why not 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞 what you’re risking & choose all the things that aren’t actually helping you ???

❤️‍🔥👇🏽

Everything you’ve always dreamed of. Everything you truly wanted but didn’t believe was possible. Everything society or generational conditioning made you feel was out of reach.

1 year ago now, I had no idea what was even possible for me. I didn’t know it was 𝐨𝐤𝐚𝐲 to dream really BIG. I didn’t know I was 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 to want more than the life I had or what I had always known.

That was until 12months ago when I finally said YES. I said yes to myself & to the dreams that have always been on my heart. I started to embrace the version of me that was always ready & waiting to break free. I released myself from those constricting societal moulds of what women “should be” or what “success” looks like.

… & I started my own online business 💻

I did what most wouldn’t dare to do.
It was scary AF, it was uncomfortable as heck, & it was all totally new to me.

But for once in my life, I felt like I was finally starting to 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 & 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 the life I was always destined for ✨

12 months on & I can say I am SO grateful that I listened to my heart & followed my soul, because I am 𝐧𝐨𝐭 the same woman I was a year ago 🙌🏽

⏪️ That girl was broke, depressed, anxious, full of fear, lacking fulfillment & purpose, had no direction, felt unable to connect with people & was not enjoying life.

By giving myself the permission to live a different life – I have been able to rediscover myself, my worth, my purpose, my passion, my hope, my sense of joy, my inner freedom & reconnect with my dreamer’s soul!

By giving myself the permission to stand out, be different, use my voice, reclaim my power & chase my dreams – I’ve been able to start shifting generational programming, break free from societal expectations, ditch my self-limiting beliefs, & create a life of abundance that will allow me to retire by 30 & spend my precious time living my BEST life.

If you are tired of dulling your shine, if you know you are meant for more & if you’re ready & willing to create the life you know you deserve - I got you 🫶🏽
