The 2026 Space Faring Civilisation Film Festival now features dedicated categories for Primary and Secondary students!

Whether you’re in Years 1 or 12, if you love science and storytelling, this is your chance to share your vision of the future.

✅ Open to ages 6–18
🎥 Films should be made with guidance from a teacher or guardian
🏫 Include your school name in the submission
🌌 Films must explore a science theme and inspire curiosity

🎉 Selected films will screen at Tuggeranong Arts Centre Theatre in Canberra during the 2026 National Science Week ACT— with awards presented on the night!

2025 Space Faring Civilisation Film Festival has now concluded.
