Uncut and Unsigned can also be heard on Yarra Valley 99.1 FM every Friday from 7pm to 9pm and Mayhem Radio 101.3 Friday 7-9pm too. Uncut & Unsigned is all about the independent music artist/band/label and has been airing on a variety of Community Stations throughout Victoria for many years now, After many years of introducing new indie artist to the public on 3MDR 97.1FM, its new home is on Indigo

FM in Beechworth 88.0 FM, Yackandandah 88.0 FM and Kiewa-Tangambalanga 88.0 FM. Uncut & Unsigned in its new format has two 1 hour segments:
Part 1 - an hour long session with an independent artist or band via ZOOM, introducing their music and story to the wider audience. Part 2 - the airing/broadcasting of new and pre-loved independent music, whilst throwing a few "bangers" in from years gone by. New shows will be aired on IndigoFM on Tuesdays from 4-6pm, with replays 6-8pm Friday and 7-9pm Sunday. All shows will be available as podcasts shortly after the program airs for the first time on indigofmradio.com

Tony and Shippa have a strong belief in giving a voice to unsigned and/or independent artists, so make this your program. If you'd like your material aired or even fancy a chat to plug your tracks, please PM us on this page.

Uncut and Unsigned is still seeking musos to partake in our interview....no wait, that sounds far too professional,...chat hour.
This is where you have,
virtually, full reign and get to talk about your music and we play at least 5 tracks of yours.
This is then mixed and mastered by Shippa and played on 3 different stations: Indigo FM, Yarra Valley FM 99.1 and also 101.3FM Mayhem Radio .
No payolla, you submit (the music, that is)and all is hunky dory.

So your car has run out of petrol, because it's too expensive and it caused you to miss the show last Tuesday...aren't you lucky that there are other modes of transport that are much cheaper to run, as long as you're traveling down hill! This evening (Friday), join Shippa on Yarra Valley FM 99.1 from 7-9pm as he tries to cope with the solitude after Tony escaped from the Portarlington chill to the warm climes of the Saltash tributaries on the Cornish coast. Shippa’s wondering if the sky is as blue there as it is here, or is it a deeper blue sky…maybe even a deep dark blue like a Lapis Sky. Well, at least he can ask Claude Fonseca whether there is such a natural phenomenon, or is Lapis Sky simply the name of his band, creating a sound from the past with such modern overtones, as he keeps Shippa company and chats with him about all things Lapis Sky-wise.
