🌿✨ School Holiday Fun – Natural Aromatic Slime! ✨🌿
Looking for something fun (and a little therapeutic) to do with the kids these school holidays? Let’s make slime – the natural, aromatic way! 💚 Not only does it keep little hands busy, but when you add essential oils, it turns into a calming and sensory play experience for everyone.
Here are two super fun recipes you can try:
👩🍳 1. Chia Seed Slime (Natural & Edible/Non-Edible)
This one’s a bit of a science experiment, so start it the night before.
You’ll need: chia seeds, water, xanthan gum, cornstarch, and your fave essential oil.
👉 My go-to blends? Relaxation (perfect for calm vibes), Feel Good (happy and uplifting), or Celebration (fun party in slime form!).
👩🍳 2. Glue-Based Slime (Borax-Free & Safer)
A classic slime with glue, baking soda + contact solution, but we’re giving it a natural twist with essential oils!
👉 Try Sweet Sleep for a relaxing wind-down, or stick with Feel Good for a burst of holiday cheer.
