We climbed out bedroom windows to go bush bashing with our friends…

Rode bikes flat out with no helmets, and thought nothing of disappearing all day until the street lights came on.

We came home covered in scratches, grazed knees, dust and bruises.
Half the time Mum had no idea where we even were.

And honestly… we never thought about getting hurt.
We didn’t think about danger.
We just felt alive.

The wind in your face.
That rush in your chest.
Laughing so hard your stomach hurt.

You fell sometimes.
Hard.

But you got back up again.
Every single time.

No one hovered over us.
No one rushed in to rescue us over every little thing.

Somewhere between the scraped knees, climbing trees, creek adventures and riding too fast down impossible hills… we learnt resilience without even realising it.

Those dirt tracks and paddocks weren’t just places we played.
They were where we grew up.
Where confidence was built.
Where independence was born.

And now when I think back on it…
it’s not the perfect moments I remember most.

21 years married today ❤️

It honestly feels a little surreal looking back at everything life has brought us through over the last 21 years. The highs, the heartbreaks, the laughter, the stress, the late nights, the celebrations, the lessons and all the little everyday moments in between.

Through it all, this man has been my rock, my best friend, my biggest cheerleader and the person who keeps believing in me even on the days I doubt myself.

Together we’ve raised 4 amazing kids, become grandparents, built our business, chased dreams, travelled roads we never expected and somehow still find joy in the simple things… coffee together, family movie nights, road trips, silly laughs and creating memories with the people we love most.

And one thing that makes this even more special is that so many of you have been part of our journey too. Some of our beautiful customers and friends were actually at our wedding 21 years ago 🥹 and so many of you have walked beside us through our LeRêve journey ever since.

You’ve watched our kids grow up, celebrated milestones with us, supported our dreams, cried with us in hard times and laughed alongside us in the beautiful ones too. That’s something I never take for granted.
