LLR is proud to announce Chain of Fools are joining the label with the release of their forthcoming EP, for those who caught last night’s No Barriers you’d have heard the premiere of ‘Vulture’ which is streaming everywhere now. Catch the band this Saturday at anti fascist fundraiser Violent Disorder fest in Northcote or the upcoming Seven Hells record launch and keep an eye out for more news soon 🐉

Today marks one year of shows in Boronia, after Fairfield Bowls club was no longer able to host small AA shows a new space had to be found to fill the gap left and thankfully Boronia Girl Guides have allowed us to do that. Thank you to Blood On My Hands for the trust on that first show and for every label, promoter, band and attendee that’s been involved since. We’ve been thankful to be able to use the space to do many things from help people book their first shows (with a new promoter announcing one just this morning) to building a new wave of hardcore kids in the south east.

Some stats from the last twelve months:

Interstate bands: 16
New promoter first shows: 3
Show collaborations with other promoters: 9

You’ve heard it many times before but AA spots really are the lifeblood of our community and need to be treated as such, thankfully we have a few more AA spots popping up starting this month so keep an eye out for those 🐉

LLR has teamed up with Blind Girls to help raise funds for Moshparty, a DIY collective in Melbourne running shows with a focus on all ages and inclusive events. You can pick up a copy of Blind Girl’s last album ‘An Exit Exists’ for pay what you want on our bandcamp with all proceeds being donated to Moshparty because it’s always community not competition 🐉
