Kites Queensland Kites Queensland is a club dedicated to fostering the art of kite flying and kite making.

Club members participate in demonstrations across the state (and occasionally inter-state) and also conduct workshops in basic kite making. Members enjoy the advanced workshops and also have the privilege of hosting Redcliffe Kitefest each year. https://www.facebook.com/RedcliffeKiteFest

We need your help, to find us the next location in Queensland for an awesome supported festival in Queensland next year. Either at the beginning or End of the year. Remember we have some of the best beaches in the world 🌎 ❤️

Its was a great day catching up with the club today. We have had rain 🌧 since we got back from Port Douglas Carnivale. Great to be back at our Park in Clontarf.
But its funny how the wind and weather can change. 2.30pm we finally got kites up 🤣🤣
But its not always about the kites, but catching up with great friends and having a chat and bite to eat
