I made a blog post explaining the difference between glass wool / rock wool and polyester insulation. And I will following it up about my future decision about what products we will be using moving forward - as mentioned earlier the cost for polyester has gone up significantly.

At this point we still have some polyester batts available, but we may be changing back over to glass wool. Still yet to be decided.

Pickups from our Coburg warehouse is now available. We have made this available mostly for smaller orders. Please understand if you are ordering 8+ Premium sized panels or 4+ Ultra sized panels for example, and you do not have a van, we strongly recommend using our local delivery service. Our products are BIG and generally you can not fit more than this in a standard car.

- Our products come UNBOXED so you must have a safe means of transporting them; blankets, straps etc.
- Products usually take around 1-2 weeks until they are ready for collection.
- We will contact you via text to arrange a time as someone is not always here.
- Once a time is arrange, we prefer not to change it.
- Pick up times can be flexible and are generally between 8am-8pm.

DJ City is now stocking our 'PureTone Series' which is much the same as our V Panels with some minor changes (I’ll do a blog post on the site about this soon). They are also selling our Binary and QRD diffusers.
But the best part about all this is that they are offering FREE SHIPPING AUS WIDE!

As some of you will know, shipping our items interstate is a massive cost and a massive deterrent. Some of you have paid thousands of dollars to get our panels shipped to the other side of the country. This completely bypasses all that is a huge win for any of you thinking about making a purchase.
