A little Brain Gym play using colour and texture.

These simple activities support eye tracking and the vestibular system, helping the eyes, brain and body work together while gently regulating the nervous system.

The vestibular system is the layer beneath our adaptive behaviours, fear responses and sensory overload. By supporting this foundational system, children may feel safer, more grounded and better able to focus, move and learn.

Simple, playful and purposeful.

“Growth does not ask for certainty; it asks for your willingness to begin.”

Early spring is not asking you to be in full bloom.

It is simply asking you to notice what is stirring beneath the surface.

Change with the season.

Put your feet on the earth.
Turn your face towards the sun.
Trust the seed of what is beginning.

It doesn’t matter what season of life you are in — we have all arrived here, now, at spring in a 1 Year.

A time of new beginnings.

The seeds we plant now hold the potential for the next seven years of growth.

Spring carries the Qi of growth — and that energy is contagious.

I’m introducing a powerful new technique designed to reach deeply into the nervous system through the vestibular system.

This technique helps the body unravel old patterns and recalibrate following:

Injuries
Scars
Limited flexibility
Reduced body control
Coordination challenges
Retained reflexes

I’m looking for three volunteers who would love to experience this technique and are happy to be filmed in exchange for their session.

The more challenging or interesting the movement restriction, the better!

Send me a message if you would like to give it a go.

Save this for the little learner who just can’t get comfortable on the mat.

The child who can’t sit still, drops into W-sitting, slumps at the desk or tires easily is working hard just to hold their body upright.

These simple BrainGym movements build body awareness, coordination and core stability, helping children feel more organised, supported, and comfortable within their bodies. Working with the muscles through their associated meridians.

Because sitting still isn’t always about behaviour.

Perfect before mat time, desk work, homework, or sport.

Like and save this one for later

Vestibular activities are perfect for supporting your little learner’s balance, coordination, body awareness, focus and confidence.

They can also be a powerful addition to any sporting training program, helping the brain and body work together with greater confidence and ease.
