Today we farewell the grand cosmic nomad DAMO SUZUKI…
A true deeep space cadet who travelled endlessly from one corner of the globe to the next, spreading love and incomparable sonic joy to millions of earth people.
I had the honour of sharing the stage with him at Revolver in 2004 whilst his Network tour was melting this big southern island - a memory to cherish forever and one that will never be replicated.
What a human…

Don't miss everyone's favourite Monday morning excursion through sound, Deeep Space, broadcasting LIVE from ALWAYS LIVE SOUNDBOX on the Arts Centre Melbourne Forecourt - 9am ‘til 11am on Monday November 27.

This one-off special broadcast will see host Lloyd Briggs serving up a cosmic Monday-morning mix of rare grooves and exotic sounds alongside a selection of special guests including Erica Tucceri playing flute and electronics, and Genevieve Fry performing a set on harp.
