Here at Guerilla Creative, we’ve always taken pride in going the extra mile to get the perfect shot. It’s one thing to dream up an ambitious concept. It’s another thing entirely to bring that vision to life on camera, especially in situations where an out of the box camera rigging solution simply doesn’t exist. But luckily for us, we have a secret weapon up our sleeves… Our talented resident MacGuyver Mick has been finding creative solutions to filmmaking problems since his childhood days of making backyard short films with pyrotechnics and practical fire. Since then, Mick has designed and constructed countless DIY gadgets that allow our cameras to capture unique perspectives. For our extremely elaborate builds, we’ve enlisted the help of our collaborators (like Diversity Rigging and Rocket Science Events) to bring the concepts to life. We had a super fun time collaborating with the awesome team at VMCH on their ‘Your Community’ campaign! We pitched a dynamic concept where the camera continuously arcs around the subjects, transitioning between each scene with practical wipes and some digital trickery. To bring this vision to life, we designed and built a portable custom camera rig that could effortlessly capture smooth, continuous motion in a variety of settings. It’s just struck exciting news O’Clock… We’re thrilled and slightly speechless to announce that Guerilla Creative have taken home four fancy pants new awards (1 Silver and 3 Bronze) at this year’s Telly Awards in New York!

We're bursting with gratitude and pride for the whole Guerilla Creative team (and extended family of collaborators) both past and present. Thank you for your passion and creativity you extremely talented champions! It shows in everything you do.

We also want to send a massive shoutout to our sensational clients, who trusted us with their important stories and gave us the creative freedom to make magic happen. This sweet, sweet taste of victory is very much a dish shared.
