Harriet Notaristefano is an entrepreneur and co-director of Hue & Cry and Analogue Academy a Gallery, Studio and Film lab in the arts precinct of Geelong. Harriet draws upon her extensive experience in customer service and administrative work across a number of sectors. including hospitality, real estate, travel, galleries and museums both here and the UK where Harriet grew up. Harriet is a passionate wife to Corey (fellow co-director) and devoted mother to 2 young kids (4 years and 5 months). Harriet along with her husband is still working on how to best juggle business and family life whilst giving 100% to all that she does.

Dale lives in Higton with his wife Jodie and has 16 year old son and twin 12 year old daughters.
Dale has a background in education, personal training and weight loss coaching. He started his business more than 20 years ago from the spare bedroom in his house and since then has lead it a few variations of providing health and fitness services. Because of his passion for optimal health and helping people to shift their mindsets around forming successful habits for life, his business is focused on online coaching.

Darcy Kelleher started his extensive business journey in the facilitation of labour hire in the Entertainment Industry specifically “Bodyguards and Bouncers”.

As staff training developed into a more critical element of business success, he transitioned to vocational learning -skills for work.

His business delivered training into the TAFE sector within Australia, managing multimillion dollar government contracts for industry training provision including high-level Governance formulation for Commonwealth and State registrations.

Private equity came calling and his business was acquired for a Public Company.

These days, he advises small to medium business about finance and the best way to leverage to achieve growth. His company Loanezy -Hassle Free Finance is based on the Surfcoast.

Grew up in Altona meadows, moved to teesdale at the age of 14 with family & now reside in Geelong with my own little family.
Starting out with dare 2 evolve coaching (which is now and online coaching service) led me to find that women pre and post natal need extra support and knowledge around strength based training. This is when the bounce back project was born in 2022!
