Today we’re putting a spotlight on Daniel Pomponio who recently joined the Match & Wood Perth team as Communications Manager 🙌

From day one, Dan had no hesitation jumping into projects, building client relationships, and bringing a huge amount of energy to the team.

Outside work you’ll find him off-roading, gaming, and cheering on the mighty West Coast Eagles 💙💛 and the New York Knicks 🔷🔶. At the office he’s all about the people and the culture of our industry, and thrives in the organised chaos of media.

It’s time to give a big insta welcome to Sushma Kollu our newest Performance Director 👏
 
Sushma made the move to Melbourne to complete her Masters at La Trobe University, then entered the media world and she hasn’t looked back!
 
Outside of work she loves all the big hits – travel, hiking, F1 and great coffee. And in the office she brings expertise, care and passion to our performance team, and has already made her mark with many of our clients.

We’ve got that finalist feeling! 🎉 🎉

This week marks 8 years of Match & Wood, and finding out we’ve been shortlisted for Australia Media Agency of the Year feels like the perfect way to celebrate!

Being recognised alongside some truly brilliant agencies means so much to us, and is testament to our outstanding team and clients who’ve trusted us since day one.

Eight years on we’re still obsessed with creating work that changes the game, developing talent, and driving the industry forward in every way that we can. Winners will be announced in February, but we’re just excited to be a part of it all!

Another day, another panel for Jodie Allen, who this time imparted her experience and advice at ARN’s InspHERation event in Perth 🌟

Now in its fourth year, the event is designed to inspire, empower, and spark meaningful conversations for women across the industry. The theme was “Unlocking the Power of Your Personal Brand,” which saw Jodie highlight the importance of adaptability, and share how refining & evolving her personal brand helped her navigate different roles and leadership opportunities in a changing industry.
