Here we go. Time to meet someone who always brings the positivity to set. Her laugh can often be heard throughout the office and our CD, Tim Murray loves that she calls him Tim Murray. She loves an online shop (when a package arrives, not addressed to Andy, chances are it’s got her name on it). She’s our hiking, tennis playing, surfing, cycling, running and styling Head of Production, Sara.
Name: Sara Pethybridge
Title: Head of Production
Most surprising skill mastered while at Two Tractors? Calm chaos wrangling – I can keep my cool when the dolly, the client, and the timeline all derail at once.
Unofficial title: Best in-house Kiwi (sorry Mike 😉 )
Best part of working at Two Tractors? Collaborating with brilliant, passionate people (even on the days we’re all slightly losing it).
Fave Two Tractors snack: A perfectly chilled Kit Kat from the fridge — the unofficial currency of production.
Friday lunch preference: Richmond Oysters… c’mon surely it’s time to get this one over the line.
A made up job you’d be amazing at: Eternal new hobby maker — I’ve already got surfer, bird enthusiast, oil painter, tennis player, dancer… what else can I add to the list??
Office pet peeve: When the team don’t appreciate the pan flute music I blast…
You can ban one corporate buzzword or catch phrase. What is it? “Let’s get a positive outcome for all stakeholders.”
What movie does your day often look like and why? What We Do in the Shadows — a bit absurd, full of big personalities, and somehow we all make it to the end of the day (or night).
