Over the weekend Rarecancers celebrated the launch of their newest program - the Jem Program.
Developed in collaboration with the family of rare cancer patient and advocate, Jemma Juckes, the program honours Jemma's legacy, her passion for supportive cancer care, and her determination to make a difference for other people living with cancer.
Inscope Books was honoured to help with the 'My Journey Wellness Journals', filled with practical tools to track appointments and questions, alongside wellness practices such as breathwork, reflection and journal prompts to help find moments of steadiness while living with cancer.
The program will help people living with cancer to feel their whole self is supported - not just their diagnosis.
