So often, we tell ourselves that rest is something we earn or that it’s only for those who “deserve” it. But what if we rewired that belief? What if we truly embraced that you are worthy of rest simply because you exist?

Rest is not a sign of weakness or laziness - it’s an act of self-love, an essential part of nurturing your mind, body, and soul. When we rest, we heal. When we rest, we reconnect with our deepest essence. So today, let’s shift from just surviving to thriving, by honouring the sacred need for rest.
