Another day… another absolutely LEGENDARY 🔥 Tee story 💿🙌

So I was scrolling through Carl Cox’s page recently and saw him promoting his new official “VINYL WARFARE” T-Shirt for his tour with The Prodigy… and instantly I was like 😍🔥

I mean… come on.
“VINYL WARFARE” ??
That is literally EVERYTHING I love about DJing wrapped into one shirt 💥🎧💿

Anyone who knows me knows how much I LOVE playing vinyl records. The feel, the energy, the connection… there’s just nothing like it 🖤

So naturally I went on a mission trying to find one 😆

I searched HIGH and LOW online… only to discover you could only get one at the live shows in the UK 😭

Thought my chances were gone…

THEN THIS HAPPENED 👀

At our recent MUSIQUARIUM Club event, one of my biggest supporters — the amazing Lucy “Rave Mum” — handed me a Birthday present 🎁

And inside was THE ACTUAL VINYL WARFARE SHIRT 😳🔥💿

I was COMPLETELY blown away.
Honestly never expected it in a million years.

It’s such an awesome feeling when there’s something you genuinely want so badly… and somehow someone goes out of their way to track it down and surprise you with it 🙌

Absolute ultimate gift for a vinyl lover like me 😂🖤

Massive thank you Lucy… you are an absolute legend 🫶

Now the only question is…
How many sets before I wear this one out completely? 😆💿🔥

MUSIQUARIUM 2ND BIRTHDAY… what a night! 🎧🎂🎧

Seeing so many of you come together for our 5th event was honestly something really special.

From what started as my radio show back in the early 90’s, to the lockdown livestreams in 2020, to now becoming a full club event — it’s been an incredible journey over the past 35 years and we’re so grateful to still be sharing this music, culture and community with all of you.

To everyone who has supported MUSIQUARIUM by coming along to our events… thank you. Some of you have been there since day one and have made every single party — that support means more than words can say.

Massive thanks to the DJs Peewee, Jumping Jack, Ming D, Shade and Matrix who absolutely delivered the goods with killer sets of rave classics as we danced all the way past 3am!

Behind the scenes, these nights only happen because of an amazing crew of friends who put in so much work, special thanks to Fee on the door, Shane & Rosie on the merch stand, and Ming for the artwork and helping out throughout the night.

And of course, none of this would be possible without my wife Sarah, who works tirelessly behind the scenes organising and managing everything that goes into making these events happen. MUSIQUARIUM simply wouldn’t exist without her, so from the bottom of my heart — thank you ❤️

Most importantly, thank YOU to all the oldschool ravers who continue to support us, show up, and absolutely go hard on the dancefloor every single time. The energy, smiles, hugs and passion for the music is what keeps this alive.

Huge thanks as well to Home The Venue for welcoming us into our new home, and to their AV & Ops team for all their help and support on the night.

One of the biggest highlights for me personally was having one of the founding members of legendary 90’s rave act SOUTHEND come down and join us. Having him step into the DJ booth, meet all of you and say a few words while I played my MUSIQUARIUM remix of their Sydney rave classic “Take Me Up”, followed by our collab track that took the country by storm back in the day - “The Winner Is…” was a genuine goosebumps moment that I’ll never forget.
