Jay-Z's investment firm, MarcyPen Capital Partners, is reportedly the leading candidate to acquire LVMH's 50% stake in Fenty Beauty. Rihanna would retain her 50% ownership, keeping this billion-dollar cosmetics powerhouse firmly within their entrepreneurial circle.Current Deal Details.

If the deal goes through, it will significantly increase Black ownership in one of the world's most influential beauty empires. MarcyPen Capital Partners is already familiar with Rihanna's business ecosystem, having previously invested in her Savage X Fenty brand. Fenty Beauty currently co owned by LVMH, the same company that have shares in Ace of Spades by Jay Z and Sir Davis by Beyounce.

Jay-Z's history with the luxury champagne brand Armand de Brignac, colloquially known as "Ace of Spades," represents one of the most successful intersections of hip-hop culture and corporate. LVMH is also co owner of the Armad de Brinac. The billionaires are now playing their games at the highest level. We call them the ELITES.

Alex Consani, the 21-year-old model, influencer and transgender whcih made history is known for her distinctive bleach-blonde hair and eyebrows.

But Consani’s influence extends beyond the catwalk. In 2020, amid the COVID-19 pandemic, she began posting absurdist videos on TikTok, dressing up as Despicable Me’s Gru, singing an unabashedly off-key rendition of Taylor Swift’s “Mean,” and swirling a carafe of “fancy” water while contorting her face to a song by the rap supergroup Rich Gang. (That last video alone has 57 million views.).

She a force to be reckon with.

Adut Akech is a prominent South Sudanese-Australian supermodel and former refugee who has become one of the most recognized faces in high fashion.

Born in South Sudan, Akech spent her early childhood in a Kenyan refugee camp before immigrating to Adelaide, Australia, at the age of seven.
• She made her global runway debut as a Saint Laurent exclusive in 2016. Since then, she has walked for major luxury houses including Chanel, Valentino, Givenchy, and Versace.
• She was named "Model of the Year" by Models.com (2018, 2019) and the British Fashion Awards (2019).
Advocacy and Influence
• Refugee Representation: Having experienced life as a refugee, Akech works actively with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to advocate for displaced communities.
• She was among the 15 women selected by Meghan Markle to appear on the cover of the September 2019 "Forces for Change" issue of British Vogue.
