With skills spanning everything from airboat driving to fishing guiding, Chase’s extensive knowledge of the Dundee region is a tremendous asset to both our team and our guests.

Barra or Blue Fishing Charters is growing fast and we’re looking for a reliable, organised and motivated Admin & Marketing Assistant to join our team!

Perfect for someone wanting school-friendly hours while still having room to grow.

📝 About the Role

• School-hours position, Monday to Friday
• Based in Howard Springs
• Starting February
• Help keep our bookings, calendars and operations running smoothly
• Opportunity for extra hours + long-term full-time role

⭐ Key Responsibilities

• Updating booking spreadsheets & internal systems
• Managing the booking calendar
• Creating invoices (Xero experience ideal)
• Responding to customer enquiries (email, phone & socials)
• Assisting with social media posts & marketing
• Supporting daily admin duties
• Helping improve systems as we grow

🎣 We’re Looking For

• Strong admin & organisational skills
• Confident with spreadsheets, calendars & basic accounting
• Great communication & customer service
• Social media savvy
• Able to work independently
• Friendly, positive attitude
• Previous admin experience preferred
• Local NT knowledge preferred
• Local fishing knowledge or being a fishing enthusiast is a big bonus!
