🌿 The 48-Hour “Wellbeing Check-In” Challenge 🌿
This edition Chaplain’s Chat CHAP Andrew Dockerill has set up a challenge for readers to reflect and take action around spiritual wellbeing.

Spiritual deprivation is not about religion alone, but meaning, purpose, connection, and values... the things that quietly keep us steady when everything else gets stripped back.

🌟 The 48-Hour “Wellbeing Check-In” Challenge
For the next 48 hours, give this a go:

1️⃣ Pause & check in
Ask yourself: What gives my life meaning right now?

2️⃣ Make one intentional connection
Reach out to someone... a mate, family member, or someone in your community. No agenda, just connection.

3️⃣ Do one small act of kindness
Something simple, no overthinking required.

4️⃣ Take 10 minutes of stillness
Pray, reflect, sit in silence, or take a mindful walk, whatever helps you reset.

5️⃣ Reflect at the end
What felt different? What was harder than expected?

We train our bodies and sharpen our skills but our inner resilience also needs attention and practice.
