After the past couple of years, I have been thinking of ways to better support my mental and physical health.

So 3 days ago I started saxenda!! Somehow, I put on 7kg. This came out of nowhere. I used to be so silm and fit. I want to get back to that!!!!

So what I'm doing:
Saxenda
Walking and workouts
Trying to east more nutritious foods

So far I have lost 3kgs nit bad for 3 days.
