🔧 Gate Motor Service Update

Our team attended site to investigate the solar-powered gate motor and carry out required maintenance.

On inspection, both 12v batteries were found to be completely dead and were replaced on the spot.

A full system reset was completed by isolating both solar and battery power for 2 minutes, allowing the controller to reboot correctly.

After testing, the gate is now operating via remote, opening—however—at a slower pace than expected.

To improve performance, the gate cog and wheels were treated with WD40, resulting in a noticeably smoother and quicker roll.

✅ System back online
⚡ Batteries replaced
🔄 Reset completed
🛠️ Mechanical movement improved

📺 TV Installation Project Update – CCSNT 🔧

Another premium install completed with precision and care 👌

Our team successfully ran and installed coax, power, and data connections for a full commercial TV setup, including:

📍 1 x 100” TV above the bar
📍 3 x 85” TVs on the wall opposite the bar
📍 3 x 75” TVs in the raised section
📍 1 x 75” TV in the private dining area

From bar viewing to private dining, every screen is positioned for maximum impact and seamless performance.

🔧 CCTV System Serviced & Back to Peak Performance 📹

Another job wrapped up with everything running exactly as it should 👌

Our team carried out repairs along with a full annual service of the CCTV system, including:
✔️ Camera refocus and screen cleaning
✔️ Full system check and hard drive testing
✔️ Cleaning and bug spray treatment on all cameras

🔋 The UPS battery had failed, so we replaced it with a brand new one
⏰ System clock reset to the correct time
🎥 Recording is now fully restored and operating smoothly

Safety first! 🔥🧯

Our team recently carried out a fire safety inspection for a client, ensuring all fire protection equipment is working and correctly installed.

The work included:
• Inspecting fire extinguishers and fire blankets (3–4 sets)
• Test and tag of 2 fire blankets and extinguishers
• Replacing an expired kitchen fire extinguisher (expired 2020)
• Mounting a fire blanket and extinguisher in the amenities building
• Installing a new blanket and ABC extinguisher signage
• Adding required safety signs to the new building

With the new extinguisher installed and signage in place, the site is now safer and fully compliant. ✔️

🏟️ Project Completed – Angurugu Sports Hub 🏟️

Another quality project delivered by the CCSNT team as subcontractors to Harrison Electrical Services NT.

We were proud to complete the:

The new Angurugu Sports Hub is a fantastic community facility and we’re proud to have played a part in delivering the technology and infrastructure behind it.

🔧 Communications Rack Upgrade Complete

CCSNT recently completed works to improve and organise a site’s fibre infrastructure, making the setup cleaner, more accessible and ready for future growth.

Our scope included:

✔️ Supply & installation of a 600W x 1000D 45RU cabinet
✔️ Relocation of 4 existing rack-mount FOBOTs into the new rack
✔️ Fibre patch lead tidy-up and repatching
✔️ Supply of additional ST–LC and ST–SC OM1 patch leads
✔️ Testing and commissioning of each FOBOT after relocation

A properly organised rack makes maintenance easier, improves reliability, and keeps critical infrastructure running smoothly.
