Silwy b**r glasses and Gel pads 🍺

Troy loves an ice cold b**r, he misses drinking out of a b**r glass…so when we were choosing our Silwy glassware, b**r glasses were added to the cart 🛒

These glasses have been dropped on the grass and smacked against a cupboard by accident and did not break. It’s a high quality German product, it ain’t cheap but what’s that saying “The poor man pays twice” 😅
In our opinion it’s worth it, makes life easier and feels very fancy to drink from a glass while travelling, especially when they are stored and secured with ease ✌🏼

Ours are stored in the overhead cupboard, standing loud and proud through any terrain…see our previous Silwy post to see more, cheers 🍻

Coffee frappe ☕️🧊🍁

If you love an iced frappe, caramel latte, those types of drinks, this is your quick easy hack to having one at the first sign of a craving!

On the road, we don’t always have access to our favourite treats as we are often away from the big cities. In the meantime, you can adapt this easy recipe to add your faves flavours if you love a caramel syrup, vanilla flavours or add a chocolate syrup for a mocha frappe!

Hot tip: get yourself a blender that crushes ice with ease. This Ninja Precision blender has been through it with our travels and is still going strong after 3yrs of owning it 💪🏼

On long travel days, we stop for a rest mid morning and make one of these and get back on the road while enjoying what feels like a treat. Or take one on our beach days! 👌🏼

Lombadina, Dampier Peninsula, Western Australia

This is an Aboriginal owned and operated self sufficient community that welcomes visitors (day passes needed) and also offers a campground with powered and unpowered facilities.

It is a quiet and tidy community with a lot of history, rich red sand and green grass, located on the white sandy beach of Thomas Bay, where you can drive down into the beach to swim, fish, go crabbing, watch whales, or simply head down to enjoy the sunset 🤗

The 25yr old Bakery is still in use during certain periods so you can order their famous wood fired bread…worth it, it’s pretty delicious 🍞
You can explore parts of the community…old basketball courts, the bush timber church,
This one was a stand out, a daily drive down to the beach to watch the sunset couldn’t be missed, and a daily swim was a must, we only wish we had more time 😊

Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm 💍

We camped here over a weekend to enjoy the resort like facilities, do a tour or two, learn about pearls and enjoy the staircase to the moon event that we thought we had missed in Broome 🌙

You see, we have this innate ability to either turn up to a location when an event has just happened or leave the location when it’s about to happen 😅
Yes, you would think we would learn to plan better butttttt we don’t and we just laugh, shrug and say “we’ve done did it again” 🤷🏻‍♀️😂

Troy decided to give himself food poisoning and spent the day down and out. Lucky we both weren’t sick and fighting for a caravan toilet in the early hours of the morning 🥴🙅🏻‍♀️

We have island tour and staircase to the moon photos/videos to share…so don’t go far☝🏼

Areti: We definitely need an off road caravan to get to the good spots💪🏼
Also Areti: Can we keep it level and not have the caravan on any hectic leans or angles please 🥴😂

I have all trust in Troy’s ability and also the patrol and our Vibe caravan…I just feel a little sick when looking at it, so sometimes I just swear and close my eyes which most likely is what happened when filming the start of this video 😂🤷🏻‍♀️

Anyone else do this or am I sook?

Nice to have it sparking and free from all the beautiful elements of the North West of Australia 🧡🌿🙌🏽
