When people hear “water,” they think it’s too simple to matter.

But simple doesn’t mean small.

Changing my water changed my energy, my mornings, my skin, my digestion… even my motivation.

It’s one of those tiny everyday habits that quietly works in the background —
and suddenly you realise you feel better without doing anything dramatic.

Small upgrade.
Massive return. 💧🤍

I just finished watching Legacy in Motion with Louise Milleman
and honestly, it landed.

I’ve followed her journey for a while, but hearing her talk about leading through flow hit differently.

She started years ago with just a small following and a big vision and built it through calm consistency, community, and belief in what she was creating.

What I love most is how everything she does ties back to the water — movement, alignment, trust.
It reminded me why I started too… not to chase, but to create something that feels real and in flow.

Sometimes, staying in motion looks like this a quiet morning, learning from someone who’s already doing what you dream of. 💧

One of my favourite reminders from a recent training — business doesn’t grow from perfection, it grows from consistency with heart.

We don’t need to sprint to the finish line.
Just small, steady steps in alignment.

Here’s to progress, not pressure.

This season has been less about doing it all
and more about learning what actually works.

This NWM container has reminded me that business isn’t built in one big leap —
it’s built in small, consistent steps… even the messy ones.

Every time I log into training, there’s a moment that clicks.
Not because it’s easy — but because I finally get to connect the dots between what I’ve learned and how I want to live.

That’s the part I love most about building online —
you can keep learning, growing, and tweaking at your own pace.
No timeline. No comparison. Just progress that fits your life.

Here’s to learning as we go — and being okay with it taking time.

I’m not who I used to be.
But I’m not finished becoming her, either.

I started this chapter when life felt heavy — craving change, not chaos.

These days, freedom looks different.
It’s mornings that feel calm.
Work that feels aligned.
And creativity that actually earns.

Here’s to the women rebuilding their stories — with courage, colour, and a fresh canvas 🎨✨

Let’s dream practically for a second

If an extra $1,000/month landed in your account (without extra hours added to your workload)…

Which would you choose?

Comment your pick:

A) Put it toward home projects (house build, renos, landscaping etc.)
B) Book experiences or travel — memories over materials
C) Save or invest quietly — cushion first, dreams second

I'd to love see where people’s priorities are at right now — I've shared mine in the comments.

A couple of years ago, I was in pure survival mode.

Working two jobs. Exhausted. No space to breathe, let alone dream.

Back then, I didn’t need motivation — I needed options.

And that’s why I stepped into the online space.
Not because I had time… but because I refused to stay where I was.

Fast forward to now —

I still have busy days.
I’m still learning every week.

But I also have slow mornings, paddock views… and moments like this rainbow that remind me:

👉 I’m not where I was. And I’m not going back.

Progress doesn’t always look loud.

Sometimes it’s just knowing…

🪶 “I’m building a life I don’t need a holiday from.”

If you’re somewhere in that in-between — I see you. 💛

Before I finally pressed “publish” on my ads, I had to admit something — the things holding me back weren’t tech or strategy… they were me.

❌ Mistake #1 — Staying where it felt safe.
I kept posting to the same familiar faces, hoping one day someone would finally say yes.
But deep down I knew — most of them had already decided.
And that’s okay.
Ads simply help me reach the people who are actually looking for someone like me.

❌ Mistake #2 — Waiting to feel ready.
I kept telling myself I needed more knowledge, more training, more confidence.
But nothing shifted… because I wasn’t moving.
I’ve realised you don’t get clarity before you start — you get it by starting.

I’m not here to teach or impress anyone — I’m just choosing to grow louder than my fear.
If you’ve been sitting in that “thinking about it” stage too… just know, I get it.

And if you ever want to walk this bit together, you won’t get hype or fluff from me — just honesty.

"Sometimes the best moments are the unplanned ones."

Through my lens, this moment unfolded with no warning.
I didn’t have my camera, just my iPhone—but the light was perfect.
It filtered through his beard, catching the wiry texture and spilling across arms and hands shaped by years of hard work and strength. His shirt, creased and stained, told the quiet story of a day spent working.
I knew instantly it belonged in monochrome—stripped of colour, leaving only the grit, the light, and the life in the details.

“What photo on your camera roll tells a story today?”
