Quiche Lorraine

She never disappoints - but did need a little ‘prettiness’ on top with some tomato slices 🤣

I made the Quick Puff Pastry rather than the short crust as we just prefer puff better.

Memories from last years dinner🥁🥁🥁🤣🤣

A little sassy mix of Spag Bol crossed with Risotto! Hands off and done super quick!
Easy meal to keep the kiddos happy (sneaky veg as well) 😊 and me as I didn’t have to stand at a stovetop stirring 🤣

Also totally influenced by a fellow Thermo CL and made the Brown Rice Salad for lunches because I always forget lunch for myself!
Zesty and moorish - this one will not disappoint! Has tuna in the recipe but that can easily be omitted and chicken added in - which I plan to do 🤗

😋😋Big Family Dinner 😋😋

LaLa’s Creamy Lemon Butter Chicken

This is a goodie and perfect for larger families!
I made the 6 portions and it easily serves 8! Plus a small lunch pack for the next day.

If you like, add a little Risoni pasta underneath your chicken prior to baking for a carb boost. You can then serve with a side salad or some steamed veggies - doesn’t forget to use Steaming mode in your TM7 🤩

I served with No Fail Mash for licked clean plates!

Did my own little take on the below recipe and made Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni for Mr G’s 11th Birthday (he requested it)

So good! Made even easier using the disposable piping bags from The Mix Shop.

Massive serving for 10 plus a little leftover for the birthdaoys lunch tomorrow 🙂

Lots happened in the kitchen today 🙂

🍦Vanilla Yoghurt fermenting away - will be done in an hour.
🍞 Fresh Parmesan breadcrumbs for tonight’s schnitzel.
🌯Homemade mayo that was turned into pepper mayo for our schnitzel wraps! And yes, I make it in the Thermo and then stick it in a squeeze bottle from Aldi as my kids ‘don’t like Thermo mayo’ but have been eating it like this for months!!! 🤣🤣

Heya I’m Back!!👋

Took a little break to recharge & thought I’d come back with this classic :)

Roasted Potato, Leek & Bacon Soup 🥣

Used this recipe as a base and added my own little tweaks - the beauty of Guided Cooking with Cookidoo 👩🏻‍🍳

Our potato’s were leftover from Monday night roast and just added an extra depth of flavour 😋

Crispy bacon garnish and a Parmesan Crusted Portuguese Bread to accompany!

I even impressed myself with this one!!
