I was so excited to be personally invited by Hi Gloss Entertainment to promote and attend the screening of the documentary here in Perth.

You can only make peace one person at a time, one perception at a time, one heart at a time.

As someone who’s mission is to touch people through their bellies, to tell stories through my food, the purpose of this documentary touches my heart. With the very simple, and extremely powerful message of bringing cultures and so called “enemies” together through food.

✨ Tonight’s World Music Cafe event is sold out, however tickets are on sale now for the next dinner and show on Friday 25th June @ 7pm ✨

It was such an honour to be asked to join World Music Cafe as their cooking mentor to help refugees and international students gain industry experience in the kitchen on a path to find meaningful employment and a place in the Australian community.

Working with this group of lovely humans has been a dream come true. To help support, guide and teach those who have a genuine passion for food made with love. To show that we can bring our cultural differences together to create something truly special.

The dinner and show events are held monthly and showcase international food and multicultural performance.
The events provide a platform to showcase multicultural talent and culture, building connections between communities at a grassroots level.

You will be entertained with exotic music performances while eating some of my signature dishes fused with the influences of the people that helped cook them with me.

15 years of banging my pans and pots amongst you amazing community (❤❤❤) and i ask you to help me decide which recipes you would like to see in my first book! Be part of the story! Due to be with you on time for Xmas this year, wherever you are in the world...

The story of my life...
Paying homage to the people/mentors/teachers and inspiration in the pure, that taught me that when I was in my early twenties, to date.
Eversince, it was a dreaming: top down and bottom up simultaneously. The only way I found that works when turning a dream into a reality. Dreaming is the best way i know to create reality.
I had to grow so many times into who/what i was not (yet...)... its a marathon. Not a sprint.
Soon, I will grow to be an author, and publish my (first?😉) cookbook.
Dare to dream!

Salvatori, my vegi man, asks me sometimes why am I so well dressed just to buy vegetables...
I refer to what I wear as a mirror to my self respect, the better I dress, the better I feel about meeting the world. As to my vegi man, I told him "look how well all your vegetables are dressed to meet me... its a matter of respect that I dress up well to meet them..."
