The kiddos were VERY cute and I loved seeing all their little masterpieces come to life! 🎨😍

Thank you to everyone who came and painted, and to the parents who grabbed some plasters to take home too. I hope the kids have just as much fun painting them at home! 🥰

Things I’ve learned from doing my biggest market YET ..

There’s actually a LOT 😂 And if I go back in 2027… which I think I wanna… I’ve got a list of things I’m changing!

1. CHECK THE LIGHTS. Like, actually check them 😂 One of mine was broken and I had no idea. Luckily I managed to make it work!

2. GET A DOUBLE STALL. A 3x3 is just too bloody small for everything I have going on now. Yes, it costs more, but I genuinely think the extra space will help with sales.

3. MAKE MY DISPLAYS PRETTIER. Higgledy piggledy is NOT the go 😂 I need everything to look more intentional and be easier to see.

4. BIGGER TABLE. This is now at the TOP of my priority list. A 4ft table is not cutting it anymore. I need room to actually breathe between products.

5. SORT OUT MY PEGBOARD. Either a bigger one or a better way to display all my kits because apparently I now have approximately 847 different things 😂

6. DISPLAY ALL MY MAGNETS. No more making people dig through a box! I need all of them out where people can actually see them, with multiples of the popular ones.

7. STAND UP. I sat down way too much and I genuinely think I missed opportunities to chat to people. Chair stays, but standing needs to be the priority.

8. MAKE THE PAINTING AREA OBVIOUS. I need people to instantly know they can sit down and paint something.

9. TEST THE FREE WIFI BEFORE THE EVENT. Hotspotting from my phone absolutely murdered my battery 😂

10. MAKE MORE OF THE POPULAR STUFF. Having a huge range is great, but I need enough stock of the things people actually want.

11. GIVE EVERYTHING MORE SPACE. Less crammed, more room to actually see everything.

12. KEEP IMPROVING. I don’t need to reinvent the whole stall every time, but I definitely want to keep tweaking things based on what people actually stop and look at.

Honestly, I’m really happy with what I learned.

It was my biggest market yet and there were definitely things I could’ve done better, but now I know what needs changing.

So… 2027?

Yeah. I think we’re going BIGGER 👀
