The market is on every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month and is located at the South Geelong Primary School.

This week Keith and I had the pleasure of speaking with Geoff Mann who was recently awarded a 2025 Victorian of the year Award for his volunteer work for his community. Geoff volunteers as a driver in the patient transport program at Barwon Health, he spends another day in the kitchen at Geelong Foodshare and with Rotary is part of a group who collect, organise and deliver much needed medical and other hardware to countries in the region.

This week Keith and I spoke to Mark Browning. Mark is a Geelong person who started his love of cricket in the 1960s. He played cricket locally for Geelong City Cricket Club. He has also written several cricket books on some greats of the game including Richie Benaud and Rod Marsh.
Mark talked to us about his latest offering which has just been released called The Ashes: A front row seat to an iconic era of cricket in the '60s.

Keith's daughter Cathy Almond joined us on Thursday to talk about her 7 week long walk from Canberra to Walhalla on the Alpine Walking Track. She completed the 700+ kilometre trek with 4 friends and she talks about the joy and the challenges they were faced with.
