Snoop Dogg stated a lot about artist creators & flawed designs in terms of money motivation. A&R can only encourage you enough to begin digging extra deeper in order for artist creatives to propel & thrive in their prospective careers.

Money motivation for artist creatives needs a clear perspective in order for their careers to propel the way that benefits their efforts instead efforts wasted.

The record business is straight-jacket need to be able hack-it venture. The pressure isn't an easy battle & you need to know how to tackle your angles effectively.

Whether you're producing for a DIY artist or you're placed in a dedicated studio with a major label artist.

Mickey mouse 1 + 1 stuff rarely occurs unless you're on a lunch break et al.
The photo below is what consumes most up & comers (in any venture or industry obviously).

Just more extreme in Hollywood so to speak.

Protect yourself by avoiding any unnecessary hindrances. That means every battle that you are aware of doesn't necessarily concern you engaging for action.

Leave time aside for finding better ways as motivation & direction for rising above your situations.

Meditation & reading texts that concern for your spiritual growth is important.
