Cooking from Scratch with Rachael Lowry your Thermomix Consultant I became a Consultant because of the amazing food I can create, being Coeliac & Dairy Intolerant My Thermomix has taught me anyone can cook amazing food.

Hi there and welcome to Cooking from Scratch with Rachael Lowry your Thermomix Consultant. If there is anything you would like to see me cook, or if would like to host a Cooking / Virtual Experience, please give me a call, send me a txt or DM

I would love to show you what this appliance has to offer you, it gives you back valuable time you spend in the kitchen, it creates amazing food, and you know that what you are feeding your family has no additives, preservatives or artificial flavourings. Interested, its as simple as you hosting a Cooking Experiences, its so easy, I come to you, you invite a couple of your friends and together you cook amazing food to enjoy together, I also offer Virtual Cooking Experiences, if that is something you would prefer. A little about me, I am a Mum, Stepmum & Grandmother, and work fulltime. The main reason I became a Thermomix Consultant is because I am Coeliac and Lactose Intolerant, and I am passionate about the benefits this appliance has brought to my family & myself

Growing up, our meals were mostly meat & 3 veg, and I really didn't know any other way to cook. Since having my Thermomix TM5 & TM6, I now, most certainly do enjoy making incredible flavoursome dishes that the whole family loves and we look forward to trying new dishes every week. I never thought I would ever be able to cook dishes like this, but here I am, cooking these wonderful dishes. Most of my cooking is GF, LF & Refined Sugar Free, however, you would never know it. I love knowing that my food has no artificial colourings, flavourings or additives, I am saving time and money by making everything from scratch, we are eating healthy, wholesome foods, just like our grandparents used to do. Our last day in Hoi An 🇻🇳❤️

We honestly can’t express how much we have loved this place! From our beautiful boutique hotel, Little Riverside Hoi An, to the amazing people and the food, we have had such a fabulous week.

We’ve explored the Old Town both during the day and at night, wandered through the night markets, visited the Cham Museum and Marble Mountain, and taken in the incredible sights of Ba Na Hills. We’ve also enjoyed a few spa days and plenty of coffee days, just sitting back, watching the world go by. ☕️💆‍♀️

We didn’t get to see everything, and although we had a few wet days, it certainly didn’t spoil our time here.

I’ve taken hundreds of photos, so here are just a few to share with you all. 📸

We’re sad to be leaving, but we’re taking away some wonderful memories of a place that has truly stolen our hearts. ❤️

Thank you, Hoi An, for such a special week. We hope we get to come back one day!
