Craving for comforting Taiwanese food❓this is for you🇹🇼🫶🏻
Generous portions and flavorful homemade dishes make it a quick choice for a casual meal😍
Here is what we tried:
1️⃣ Taiwanese beef and tendon noodles 🇹🇼🍜
Simple broth with not much flavours, but with nice beef shin slices and beef tendon
2️⃣ Crispy popcorn chicken large $20🍗
Very crunchy on the outside and juicy inside😋 Authentic seasoning with pretty salty😳
3️⃣ Braised minced pork on rice $12.9 🇹🇼🍚
Melt in your mouth pork minces served over hot rice, surprisingly lots of side dishes which makes it a very good value💰💰
4️⃣ Pan fried homemade dumplings $12.9 🥟
Crisp bottom with juicy pork and cabbage filling, ginger flavour is kinda strong for the kids. Best paired with their homemade chili oil 🌶️ My personal favourite is still chives though!!

🍵When Matcha Meets Bánh Mì🥖
$17.5 for a matcha AND a banh mi⁉️😳😳😱😱
This spot in Pooraka is where you can get Vietnamese Bánh Mì and specialty matcha all in one place🫶🏻

Here is what we got:
1️⃣ Kinako Matcha 🍵 (+$2 for large and +$2 for kinako)
Milky matcha layered with nutty, toasted soybean powder flavor😎 Not strong in terms of umami flavour, matcha beginner friendly.
2️⃣ Jasmine Matcha 🍵 (+$2 for large and +$2.5 for jasmine)
Smooth matcha infused with delicate, refreshing floral jasmine flavour🌼🌼We like this better. Feels like molly tea’s matcha?😂
3️⃣ Combo Bánh Mì 🐖
Roll filled roast pork, pickled veggies and herbs. Pork has some side crunches which is a bit hard to chew🥹but some were soft and fatty.

💡 The deal is mentioned to be $17.5, but JUST for a banh mi with regular matcha!!!💡If you wanna go large or have flavoured Matcha instead, you need to add extra for around $2-2.5 for EACH change.

Pho or Pandan lovers, this is for you🫦💚
This place is our all time lunch spot. Spacious area and plenty of choice on the menu😍 we love one of their wrap your own, and congees (congee for weekends only)🥹
Also took away some desserts that need to let you guys know‼️

1️⃣Crab Noodle soup (Bánh canh cua)🦀
Swap the tapioca noodles into pho noodles and it was so good😋Flavourful crab soup base with thickened texture, so satisfied under the cold weather❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥
2️⃣Banh Beo🤍$7
Coconut and pandan rice cake, sprinkled with sesame🤌🏻 It is sweet and savoury (slightly salty!)😌 SO good😍
3️⃣Banh Da Lon💚$7
Less coconut parts from banh beo, slightly sweeter but still very chewy and fragrant. This is my favourite❤️
Recommend trying their deserts❕❕

The best sourdough grilled cheese in Adelaide⁉️
Lipson is a non-chained bakery, selling house baked sourdough and some ready to eat sandwiches, cake and bread🍞🥖🍰🥪🧀
⚠️GUYS🥹Come EARLY because many items got sold out real quick, I arrived at 12:40 and most of them gone! They only open for 5 days a week and closes at 1 pm🧐

1️⃣ Inside out cheese➕mushroom sandwich $12.1🥪
I’m lucky to get there last inside out sandwich today🥹
⚠️This sandwich are sold by weight😳 pesto was spread over the sandwich for freshness. Loved it and must be even better if it can be served hot 🔥
2️⃣ Small flat white $5☕️
Coffee was ont the milky side, espresso is not very strong☕️
The kitchen are just in front of customers so you can see they are neat and clean😍 Staffs are very welcoming too😛

Matcha is definitely our favourite of the meal, strong flavour and nothing overpowering😱💕 Food options are very unique and you can’t find it in every cafes🫶🏻The space is decorated with lots of green plants🌱 🪴, very comfortable. Perfect for a brunch date or a spot for city coffee run❤️

Are these bingsu at Chinatown GOOD❓🍧
First visit to twenty eight and they have so many flavours🤤I have been struggling with their menu!🤣
Cozy and bright layout and setting, perfect for late night chill and chat😎
⭐️Regular sizes are $18 and large $22 (matcha extra $2😝)
1️⃣ Life’s a peach 🍑
Kids’ fav!🫶🏻 They are obsessed with popping candy and mochi, very refreshing choice!😎
2️⃣ Once upon a Thai🧋
As a coffee and tea lover, I have a hard time choosing between Thai tea and Matcha🥹 I think I made the right choice🤤 Tea flavour is well balanced, not extremely strong for the night, even my boys love it❗️Perfect sweetness👍🏻I am overwhelmed😆

Parents❗️❗️You can now ONLY pay for an adult meal spent over 3 hours in one stop on Mondays😎😎
When I was looking for school holiday activity for my boy, I found this 👁️ When you purchase an adult meal, you can get a free kids meal (which includes a soft drink or juice for extra $2, and a vanilla ice cream)
⛳️You also get a card for you to head upstairs for mini golf!😆😆 Up to 18 different holes to pick from, my 4 years old had his first and best mini golf experience😝
1️⃣ bacon beef burger
The portion should fill up a mum😂 Beef patty is pretty soft. I reckon not purely beef but the flavour is great🤤
2️⃣ kids fish and chips
One piece of fish and some chips, my kids love it and finished the whole piece of fish!
