Tedder Avenue was the place to start the day right with a coffee. Unlike the weather, it didn't disappoint. had a good selection, friendly staff, and most importantly, a good brew.

The rain started pelting down as i was about to leave, so I stayed for some very satisfying eggs on toast.

We walked the Twin Falls circuit and even got a peak at a couple of the shy locals 🐍😲

Weekends are for exploring! Yesterday the Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area was on the top of that list. A short walk through the bush canopy, then onto the mangroves until you come across a viewing shed for seeing the lake and its inhabitants. Plus if you're lucking, you might see some iconic Australian wildlife along the way 🐨💚
