After a full day of exploring, sometimes the last thing I want is another restaurant. One of my favourite travel hacks is a quick stop at a local market, supermarket, or deli to put together a simple dinner in the hotel room.

Tonight’s menu:
🧀 Local cheese
🥓 Cured meats
🍅 Fresh produce
🥖 Crusty bread
🍷 Maybe a cheeky local wine

Not only is it often cheaper, but it’s also a great way to experience local flavours that you might not find on a restaurant menu. Plus, kicking back in your comfy clothes while watching the world go by from your hotel room can be the perfect way to recharge for tomorrow’s adventures.
